Marilu Henner, a woman with the energy and wisdom of an adolescent combined with sage's wisdom is the best example today of modern day woman who is able to do it all. After both her parents passed to death at 50, her father because of cardiac arrest and her mother due to arthritis issues-she decided to take charge over her overall health. This wasn't about losing weight it was about health and discovering a lifestyle that maximized the way the body was designed to function.
