Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman with the energy and wisdom of an adolescent combined with sage's wisdom is the best example today of modern day woman who is able to do it all. She's a writer, a health guru and an entrepreneur. In addition, she has been acknowledged as a performer and as a crooner. Perpetual Motion has no doubt earned her the nickname. Marilu Henne's whole life is evidence of how strong her healthy lifestyle has been. She believes that one can do whatever you want with a healthy body. However, it wasn't always this way. When she was a teen, she was a yo-yo dieter and watching her weight go higher. The emotional weight gain made her suffer from a feeling of sickness and discomfort all of the time. After both her parents passed to death at 50, her father because of cardiac arrest and her mother due to arthritis issues-she decided to take charge over her overall health. This wasn't about losing weight it was about health and discovering a lifestyle that maximized the way the body was designed to function.
