Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's combat sport journey started at the age of 14. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing BJJ and wrestling before completing her debut as an amateur at the age of 18 at WCFC with Jaimee Nievera. Ladd had an amazing 3-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat. In all three, she finished her opponent in the very first round. In WCFC, Ladd defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia beat Aspen, and beat her in a unanimously voted victory. Cynthia's records as a professional were damaged. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent bout against Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the the first round via TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her first fight as a bantamweight. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in second round. Aspen employed her impressive wrestler skills to knock down McGill and then ended the fight with a the third round TKO(elbows or punches). Aspen next faced Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) at a "catchweight"(138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd failed to make the weight. Aspen, however, defeated Hoy through TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina and ground-and-pounded her for a second-round TKO victory. The next time she fought Tonya Evinger at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd took on Evinger with a punch during the initial round, she was awarded a Bonus Performance of the Night. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd, who won by a unanimous decision following a great back-and forth fight with the fighters got an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her winning streak. In the third round of UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
