Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American born in El Paso. From a family of entertainers. At a very early age, Karla (Host for the Univision show Despierta America!) and other family members were always around her. As a young child her family was filled with television personalities such as her older sister Karla (Host for Univision's Desperta America! Andrew Martinez is the vice president for Safety Security as well as Business Resiliency of Southern California Edison, one of America's biggest electric utilities. He oversees the organization's activities and programs that focus on safety of workers, as well as business resilience, which are key issues for SCE. Martinez gives safety professionals throughout every aspect of the business mentorship quality programs and support in achieving the safety objectives for their work group. Martinez's previous role was that of Director of Safety Training and Compliance, Transmission & Distribution. He was previously director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In Martinez's 30 years with SCE the company, he held several leadership positions within the corrective action programs and improvements in performance, such as roles at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
